As unbelievable as it sounds this is actually still a ban from activision. I was banned because some one hacked my activision and linked their steam to it and hacked on my account. They removed the steam account and it said that i wasnt banned BUT i still could not play and in battle net it said that i was banned. after 2-3 months more of the same emails i FINALLY got some one that wanted to listen and actually help and they managed to get me unbanned

Okay so the process would be to keep opening cases with Activision until someone decides to care, got it… Incredible on how they can do things like this without verifying if their user base are hackers or just some unfortunate user with a hacked account.

Yup that is unfortunately how it goes, try sending a very long message where you explain everything they might show more interest then.

Same thing happened to me. I was banned while I was gone on a camping trip. I submitted an apeal that my account was hacked and they removed some random steam account. Activision says I have no active bans on my account but when i try to play Call of Duty through battle.net it says that there is a ban through activision. If anyone actually has a fix for this let me know.

Currently experiencing the same thing. Havent played MW3 in a week… come back to a blizzard ban and no activision ban… who is running this ship? like how do you just magically ban someone who has had an account with you since 2014?? by the looks of this thread nothing gets resolved. Looks like im going to switch to steam when BO6 comes out because steam actually responds the the issue and doesnt just leave you in the dark with no response. Thanks Blizzard.

This also happened to me just today. I played earlier today then suddenly banned for no reason. I don’t mod or hack. I’m banned on battlenet but Activision says i can’t appeal because there is no ban. DO SOMETHING BLIZZARD.
We give you our money in exchange for services, this is unacceptable.
I can’t believe this is still an ongoing issue they have yet to resolve. I just reported my account being hacked, Activision even provided me with the steam user that linked their account to my Activision account when removing it. I looked to see if the ban was revoked which it was on the Activision website however battle.net shows it’s banned and when I load into the game, sure enough it is also showing up as banned. Has anyone found an actual solution yet?
The exact thing has been happening to me and neither Blizzard or Activision have gave any help or solutions. Activision has showed me the exact same thing where I have no ban detected on any game, and blizzard immediately closes my ticket saying that the ban had to have been through Activision. Neither one will help, and now I have not only lost the games that I bought, but all of the progress I made on those games with my accounts linked due to whatever this problem is whether it was a hack or a glitch.
Same thing just happened to me for no reason. i downloaded vanguard to see if it was my activision account but I was still able to play. I had to make a new account and buy black ops 6 again (100 dollars) just to be able to play the game I’ve already bought.
Same here. COD Account not touched for month and got hacked with linked accounts. Activision unbanned, blizzard app still banned. No ticket answer yet.

I got banned on actvision because some KKongo28 linked his steam after hacking my Actvision account.
Then i contacted actvision and they told me they removed the link, reseted password and now shows that i have no ban at all.
But on Battle.net aplication it keeps saying that i m banned and i cant play.
Anyone Figured out how to solve it?
Opened a ticked on battle.net but they say i used some “cheat or unauthorized program” and need to contact Actvision because they dont control it.
Now my position is:
No Ban Actvision;
Banned on Battle.net;
Battle.net says cant do nothing;
Actvision says no ban.
I m in an eternal cycle.
Did any of your issues get resolved? Bought Black ops 6 for ps5 on friday, game says i’m permanently banned but activision site says i’m not… very confused and pissed. I opened a ticket but to get someone to respond take several days between responses
