I was having a problem within Overwatch 2 about not being able to add new friends because I already had many pending requests, I contacted support and after they helped me, they asked me to report the error here. The tutorial you provided on the Battle.net article only works for the Battle.net app on PC (and btw if anyone is struggling with this, just try logging in the PC version to clear the requests), making it impossible for players to remove pending requests if they only have access to the mobile app. I would highly advice and ask if you could take a look in the Battle.net mobile app and try to actually add this option so it can be easier for players to solve this problem. <3
