I started playing World of Warcraft Classic a month ago. I live in Turkey, and the game subscription costs 400 TL per month. After my first month ended, I tried to purchase another month of game time, but I encountered an error on the payment screen, along with a message saying “Please try again later.”
After trying a few more times, I started getting an error even on the billing information section, not just the payment screen.
I created another account and tried to make a purchase, and there was no issue.
What kind of problem could there be with my account?

My son is having the same issue but we are coming back after about10 years. One of the cards we tried paid for my subscription just fine. But we camt get his paid for.
