Paid for WoW sub but didnt recieve it

Hello guys,
Today I’ve made a WoW sub purchase, then i recieved the message, but the transaction didn’t appear on my transaction history. The mail said this:

Next Billing Date
13 September 2023 01:06 am (PST)

Does anyone know what to do in this situation?

Account / billing issues won’t be dealt with via the forums, so you should file a support ticket for a GM to look into this for you.
