While in game, the camera was continuously moving in a downward motion, forcing me to look at the floor. Moving my mouse in all directions did not fix this, nor did unplugging the mouse entirely. The problem even persisted after quitting the game and restarting my computer and loading the game up again. Moving my mouse in the menus was fine however the cursor would flicker and not register my clicks sometimes.
