Hello everyone, I need help reaching out to Blizzard over an issue w competitive disconnecting counting as a leaving mid match. I got disconnected today at the worst time and was unable to do anything until after the game leading me to believe i was logged off of my network by some program ran by one of the players in game. Now I’m not even that mad about being disconnected as I am for my penalty. Now I had an HOUR penalty for being DISCONNECTED!! Lowering my ranking which is already hard to improve on when they ALSO re ranked me in bronze FIVE times. Very annoying when I feel as if my stats for being new to this game deserves at the least silver. Just please fix the disconnecting counting as a leave issue because being punished for something out of my control really doesn’t make sense. I also am aware that by doing so people can disconnect as they please and not be punished, so there’s a lot more to fixing the problem. I’m going to school for computer science and have applied for a job w you guys. We can fix this thing together, or just do it with your current team idrc just fix it pls thank you!!!
