ow2から始めたアカウントです。サポートは変動があるのですがDPSのランクが変動しません。最近は7連勝することもありますが変わらずブロンズ５のままです。同じ症状が何人ものプレイヤーに見られます。このままだとモチベーションが続かず離れていく人が多くなると思います。早急に修正をお願いします。それかなにか反応をいただけると助かります。

This account started from ow2. The support fluctuates, but the DPS rank does not fluctuate. Recently, I’ve won 7 games in a row, but I’m still bronze 5. The same symptom is seen by several players.
