OW bugging/crashing every new season

I know that (at certain point) every new season ow bugs 'cause the servers are full or smn but this time my game literally crashes, the fps goes low until literally 1fps.
This has never happened to me and it’s quite uncomfortable, in the middle of a match the game drops directly to 10fps and then freezes into 1fps.

Is this happening to anyone else? Have you found any solution?
