Hello, I have played overwatch on Xbox exclusively for the last four year’s. Now I have zero of the skins I have either spent money to unlock or time and effort. I mean I still have old videos in multiple skins on overwatch 1. But nothing carried over at all including badges or emotes or even sprays please help.

Overwatch has its own forums and you should be using those for anything related to that game. Please use the appropriate category for your issue:
