When I booted the game after season 3 launched, my sensitivity setting keeps reverting to 4.00, there’s no “apply” button in settings, and it doesn’t ask me to save the settings. If I navigate away from the page, or close and reopen settings, it always reverts back to 4.00.
I tried, removing read-only from %user%\documents\Overwatch as well ad %installation%\Blizzard\Overwatch.
I am not creating a new administrator account, that is a ridiculous suggestion. There are no new background applications installed since season 3 launched. Tried resetting in game options, closing, then reopening settings. Tried reinstalling the game. Tried rolling back Windows updates.
