So ever since season 6 started I’ve tried to purchase the “Complete Hero Collection” to which well it obviously hasn’t worked. It’s been about a month back and forth with support tickets and them attempting to help me every which way we could think of. Nothing worked. The main issue is that I have never purchased it yet whenever I attempt to it claims that “You already own this content” and doesn’t allow me to even put in payment information or anything. I was then informed to create a forum post to somehow someway be able to get more help on this issue. I just want to buy the pack and at this point I’ve basically given up. I’m just tired of this it’s been a month and no resolution has been found, I tried to be patient but nothing has worked.
