Overwatch 2 matchmaking wait time (GROUP)

Friend and me installed the game after 1 and more year just to see some wide and arrange matchamking that made us wait for 23 minutes on role that was supposed to be waited for 2 or lower minutes, we won that game after but friend uninstalled… I have video and image covers for this. We dont like this at all. So what can you say to this issue, will it get removed to play like before like normal players ??

How about : “Post about it on the Overwatch forums” ?
