Right click on your deskstop background. Open display settings. Under the SCALE AND LAYOUT tab, change the size of texts, apps, and other items to 100%. This worked for me and hopefully it will for you.

Hey there, you are an absolute life saver. I tried many of the other things like disabling overclocks, compatability, yada yada to no avail. Changed my main display to 100% instead of 125% and my game instantly opened. Thanks!
