Overwatch 2 Characters locked and more

I decided to go play some ow2 and most of my heroes are locked and I owned Overwatch 1 so this shouldn’t be happening. Please fix the game Blizzard.

Same here! Played all day, no issues. Logged off to run an errand and this this?! Seriously Blizzard? :rage: :rage: :rage:

Same here now its saying I have to buy the battle pass to unlock everything.

same problem in here, after the maintenance I don’t have my heroes and i buy overwatch 1 long time ago, please fix this issue

i played earlier today and everything was fine but the next time i logged in most of the heroes were blocked/locked without reason

I had all the heroes yesterday but now they are locked as though I am new.

yep, have over 1100 hours on the game and most characters are locked when it wasnt an issue just a day ago

same here, try to merge some thing but some characters get locked???

I think they know it too. But the streamers have all the heroes unlocked. Not fun

I also can’t access all the characters and have no hero challenges even though I’ve had them all unlocked the last 2 days.

Good thing to know that I am not the only one who has this bug. I have owned overwatch 1 since 2017, and I recently just lost all of my heroes after I logged in today. They were all there last night, but today they’re gone.

This happened to me a few hours ago and then I relogged and they’re finally unlocked.

same problem here… i was playing couple hours ago now heroes locked and unable to log in to overwatch 2

This game is a failure across the board. I had the same issues with character locks but aside from that the game is awful. They did a bad job. All this time and all they did is downgrade a perfect game. Even server issues aside- giant queues, getting disconnected non-stop- all of that aside the game is just bad. Badly done Blizzard.

I have no friends in ow2 anymore, they were there the last couple of days and now when i go to my friends list it says i have no friends
