Hello, I had overwatch 1 bought on my blizzard account but I don’t have any unlocked heroes but the default ones and haven’t earned free battle pass rewards either so the question is, why do i have to unlock bp lvl’s like the guys who got the game for free. Ty

Overwatch has its own forums and you should be using those for posting; the Overwatch forums are located here:

The Europe region forums are available in a few languages other than English, if you prefer, and you can change language by clicking the Earth icon at the very bottom of the forum page… above the Blizzard logo.
