Opened Support Tickets were not understood by GM

We have in SC2 a AFK player who joins games he is AFK all the time, then when game ends (usually ruined) he joins the next game.

  1. I reported a lot of times via in-game report system. Like more than 100 times.

  2. I opened Ticket Number: EU101791724 and here my troubles started:
    The Game masters - did not even read what I wrote. One GM replied:

"I understand you are reporting another player for harassment and griefing. Thank you so much for taking the time to bring this to our attention. However, I would like to encourage you to “right-click” report toxic comments, since that allows us to handle these kinds of reports in a more efficient way and provides us with more easily accessible information. Please use the “ignore” feature as well, and don’t contact the offending player again. This will help you have a safer gaming experience. "

At NO point did I mention toxic comments, harassment, or griefing!
The player does not communicate in chat at all - he is AFK for the entire duration of every match. My reports have always been submitted under Cheating / Botting / AFK / De-ranking, which accurately describes the behavior.

Why GM did not pay attention to what I write? Please help me to solve this ticket, because entire community have trouble because of this AFK player who joins games at any hour of the day.
(I tried gaming at 1AM or 3AM or 6AM as well as 1PM or 5PM, 9PM - the AFK player was there all the time - so maybe he is a bot).

Please help me & 4v4 players.

This forum is for feedback on the support website, like title of the forum says. Seems you dont read very well either.

And what the afker is doing can be considered griefing.

I opened this thread because I’m really not satisfied with how ticket EU101791724 was handled.
I also have other examples from different tickets, but those issues only affect me personally.
This issue, however, is impacting & ruining the 4v4 gameplay experience continuously, at all hours of the day.

Things like ease of navigation, support articles, ticket submission flow, etc.

It is not for feedback or for anything else related to how a ticket was handled. The survey at the end of a ticket is where you leave feedback for how a ticket was handled.

And per usual, having to repeat things that have already been explained to you.

No, you do not understand. I said this is for feedback on THE WEBSITE. It’s NOT for feedback on HOW A TICKET WAS HANDLED. You definitely stand up to your reputation of not reading.

I asked Artificial Intelligence - and this is the site that it was suggested by AI to escalate my issues. Support Site Feedback - should be the feedback to the support.

Another ticket that I am not happy at all is: Ticket Number: EU101847277
In short I reported since more than 1 month ago a bad battle tag : “AllahisGay” - This is explicitly offensive and violates Blizzard’s naming policy. So I opened ticket and answer was to keep reporting in game.
The user is still there - but more, he has negative attitude: make fun, bully, teamkill.

So please tell me where can I forward my feedback and escalation about those?

It’s not, Cat, no matter what AI tells you. End of story. Nothing will be escalated here no matter what you believe.

Nothing can be done about it on any forum.

For escalation, the only place is a ticket. If Support says no, then that’s it, you’re done.

For me this is misleading — why not simply call it “Feedback for the Support Site”?

Let me explain why I’m confused. I checked other threads: some are handled and answered properly, and people discuss similar issues. Others are told “this is not the right place,” and some receive zero replies at all.

For example, the following threads were discussed in detail:

  1. Someone complained about early access for a game — people discussed it and then another MVP provided the solution.
  2. “Can’t Log In due to Authenticator…” — again, people discussed it, and then you explained where to click and how to solve it.
  3. “Add Ukrainian language” — a major thread with 626 replies.
  4. “BlizzCon tickets sold” — you gave a clear and proper reply.
  5. “False ban on Overwatch” — also an interesting and engaged discussion.

So now I’m unsure. If this forum is meant for Support Site feedback, I would expect topics such as:

A) “The menu is too complicated.”
B) “Issue categories are not ideal and could use more options.”
C) “Once a ticket is submitted it becomes read-only — I would like a 1-hour window to edit my ticket before it becomes locked and sent to Support.”

But instead, I see topics like #1–5 above. Early access issues, authenticator problems, adding a language to a game, BlizzCon ticket concerns — none of these relate to the Support Site itself (the web interface used by Blizzard Support).

And again, please excuse me, but I Googled and used AI tools, and the answer I received was that I should escalate my issue here.

Maybe AI is wrong and Google also, but there must be a way to be able to properly escalate some issues. Even if is not here on this site. Thanks!

Coming back to the issue: please go an play some Sc2 4v4, and you will notice a player (his name has 4 letters) being constantly AFK, he just stay - not doing anything all the time! When game ends he queues and Re-join the next 4v4 game. Exactly the same behaviour, again and again!
He plays (is there at least) 24/24 In the morning in the afternoon, then late evening but I even woke up at 3 AM and he was there. I reported more than 200 times now as Cheating this since more than 3 months now. Then opened 2 tickets one is this that I put here, and they mis-interpreted 2-3 times than started to send the copy-pasted ayu

You have to be kidding.

Since you refuse to read, even after being told to, I’m not taking you seriously anymore.

It often is, which is why it really shouldn’t be relied on and instead simply reading the description that is provided on this site should be used instead.
