I have the same issue , i tried to restart the pc, uninstall the app, everything and now I am unable even to log in into the application…

I get the same message and can’t start Diablo4. It seems that Battlenet has the problem. Next door, my son is playing the D4 on XBOX gamepass smoothly. (Oh c’mon)

Boubou is correct. There is an acknowledged issue impacting the launcher and license recognition today. Also impacting things like recognizing subscriptions are active.

From the WoW Customer Support forum (this applies to more than WoW in this case)

It say “ no active game time”
I checked my Expiration date July 1 2024.
