"Oops something went wrong" on latest Battle.Net Android app

Using Battle.net Android app version 1.20.0.8 from Google Play
Using Galaxy S21 Ultra with Android 13 (OneUI 5.1)

Unable to log into the app. It will prompt, “Oops, something went wrong” on the first try, and it will crash instantly after clicking the “Log In” button.

Now, I have to remove the Authenticator to log into my game.

What I have tried so far

  • Restart the phone
  • Reinstall the app
  • Set the default browser to Chrome (As suggested by other posts)
  • Set the default system language to English (United States) (As suggested by other posts)

So, what’s the deal?

I have same problem. Samsung A34, app version 1.21.1.12

I have also the same problem. Two weeks ago I created a ticket for it, but support always said the same (reinstall, restart, …) and finally refered to this forum. Seeing this post I have no hope for solution. :frowning_face:

I was able to finally login by clicking on the trouble logging in link, clicking on the unlock my account button and following the instructions. Hopefully it works for anyone else having this issue.
