After fighting with the app to even log in, I’ve finally managed to log in and every button click and request returns a “Something went wrong” error. I had switched from the authenticator app to the battle.net app and now I can’t add back the authenticator because the app just says “Oops something went wrong”.
I have already cleared the app cache, changed the in-app browser to Chrome, and everything prior to being able to log in, so I’m not sure what’s wrong.

I also have this error everytime i send a friend request, i can receive them though.
After having to jump through a bunch of hoops to login, I’m also seeing this issue at the bottom of every page that loads. As in, the friends list loads seemingly correctly, but says “Oops something web wrong” at the bottom of the page.
The authenticator was also returning nothing but blank codes until I removed and re-added it.
Edit: The entire app stopped working again immediately after I posted this.

Been busted for months now and no help from support.
I have literally had this error for over 1 year now… It started last year when I got logged out of my initial authenticator/app due to a phone number change (Broke old one) and I was unable to log in until they removed the authenticator… when attempting to re add it now on new phone it has been doing the oops something went wrong and infinite loading on authenticator page… it does not even connect to my account. The gnome keeps popping up with the wrench whenever I click anything. I have done everything suggested 10x over… especially about a year ago when I initially tried to fix it.
Now here I am again trying because the authenticator prevents you from accessing specific things in game such as I dunno editing your dungeon finders for mythic+
Again over a year with this issue it is absolutely ridiculous how bad they have dropped the ball here…
