Obtaining ids for render api?

On the wow forum there is a short post about your render API:

Here is an example of the API:

render-us. worldofwarcraft .com /character/lightbringer/110/115539310-avatar.jpg

But I can’t find anywhere documenting how to obtain the two id’s used 110/115539310 ?

Let’s assume I have a name & realm of a character. How would I call the API above to render his avatar?

You have to use the character profile media endpoint.
