I wanted to provide some updates on our moderation of the latency issue. The overall latency for HOTnet has decreased significantly and there have been a decrease in reports.
For those who are still experiencing issues, this will need to address in a case to case basis to check on the overall connection and see if there’s any persist issues on the home network or peering issues with the connection route. To address these issues individually, please contact our Technical Support team or create a new thread with a WinMTR test.
