Not seeing games in my games/subscription tab

I recently purchased the newest call of duty mw2. When I went to download it so I could actually play the game I spent my money on, it was nowhere to be seen. However, when I click on the game icon to buy it, it says it is already in my library. It isn’t though. Very frustrating. My transaction history says the order is complete too, so I should not be waiting on that either.

same thing - it says “already purchased”, but the game does not show up anywhere and is not available to install.

MW2 (and MW3) is under the “Call of Duty” icon in the launcher.
