Not receiving password reset emails for Diablo 2 account

Hi there,

I’ve registered email to my D2 account and I forgot the password, so I’ve requested for password reset with my registered email but I’m not receiving password reset emails for Diablo 2 account. I’ve tried few times, I still don’t get any emails. Can you please help with this.

Same problem here. Keep getting password is wrong message. I request password reset to my email address and never receive the password reset email. Help?

I did get the email for the password reset on US West just now.

If you haven’t played in over 90 days, then the account would have been purged from the system.

If you’ve recently played, then you can try to submit a ticket to the Support team. The link is at the top of this page.
