Every time clan mail is being sent out i do not receive it and end up hearing it from clan mates. I fear I’ve been missing some other mail with forgotten items and shadow war prizes. I haven’t received any of those in a very long time either.
Have you deleted your old mail? If you don’t delete it you stop being notified or receive awards
