Not receiving emails

I removed my physical authenticator from my acct, so that I could add the mobile one. Now, I’m not receiving the email to get the code to be able to continue adding the authenticator. I checked the spam folder, it’s not in there either. Earlier, when I couldn’t remember my password, (cause it’s been a minute since I’ve played) I also wasn’t receiving the email, but, I found my pw by looking in my saved ones on my computer.
