Today I tried to clear my app’s cache and uninstall and reinstall the app on my Samsung Galaxy 24 Ultra because it was showing friends that I had removed or they had removed me sometime ago. Once I got the app reinstalled have been plagued with “Not Connected” everytime I try and log in. I have tried all of the troubleshooting things that I have found and nothing works. I need this working cause my authenticator is attached to it. Please help!
