Not able to connect to Battle.net to update games or log-in

Something is stopping me from connecting to Blizzard’s updating services. It swaps between not letting me log in, and when I can log in, it shows “Oops! Something went wrong. We had trouble loading your content” on the main screen.

It won’t let me update games, it stays on Initializing, please wait for a short time, then says: “We’re having a problem transferring data. Please check your internet connecting just in case and try again” I can log in to the game through the icon in the folder, but servers are red and kicks me out.

I’ve tried every fix on earth that I could find and 0 progress.

i had disconnessions problems every 20 sec in game (wow retail MOP), decide to delete it and reinstall it , but stop work at 58% and not DL nothing

You may be experiencing game traffic throttling. Try using a VPN and set it to the EU, then initiate the updates.

not using VPN softweare , just normal cable line with modem.

I tried using a VPN for EU, and swapping the login region and neither have changed anything unfortunately.

I was recommending it, not asking if you were using it.

My account and/or internet isn’t the issue, somehow it’s my PC. I can log in from an old laptop just fine. I had 0 issues 5 days ago, and all of a sudden, after not using it for a few days, this happened. It keeps sometimes not letting me log in, saying Could not log in to Blizzard services.
