Honestly, I don’t know what forum this goes in as it is probably a console issue and not something that affects pc players. You need to have a confirm button for purchases with platinum in Diablo 4. The way the new reliquaries are set up, especially on console, it is extremely shady as it 100% is leading to accidental purchases. I purchased the battle pass, had 99 tokens but accidentally purchased an armor set I will never use because I don’t play that character for 750 platinum because the buttons are square to claim, square to use platinum or switch to triangle to use tokens. Why would I use platinum to purchase something I have already purchased? I was just trying to claim the armor because I had enough tokens. Since there is no confirm button and hitting square too fast results in using platinum not tokens, it caused me to essentially double purchase. Adding Insult to Injury, I am told all in game purchases are final and not refundable…FOR AN ACCIDENTAL BUTTON TAP PURCHASE on an item I paid for in the battle pass. Honestly, I’ll probably never buy platinum for this game again and I know you don’t care about my one purchase but this shady and predatory behavior is not acceptable. Epic went through a similar situation with predatory purchasing and they lost that lawsuit. I would hope the company would just choose to be above these types of business practices rather than just hope they are sued one day.
