Hi, is there a reason nobody answers to tickets anymore?

Ticket times are between 2 and 4 days right now. The staff are working from home without many of their more efficient tools - and they support all Blizzard games. WoW just had a huge expansion that is very popular and generates lots of tickets and of course people are stuck home so gaming is popular overall right now. With millions at home playing, it tends to generate ticket volume.

What is the issue? There may be a way to resolve it without a ticket.

There isn’t any reason they have less tools working from home. it’s a pathetic excuse not to do anything to improve customer success. People pay anyways, why bother being a good company.
