I’ve recently ran into an issue where I’m unable to put a socket on any item in my bag. I’ve literally spent hours confirming I should be able to do so. However, since this issue isn’t one of Blizzard’s canned responses, I’m unable to create an “issue”. All paths in the report an issue zoo lead to a canned list of solutions and when you say none of these, it takes you back to the beginning. How do you ever find out about issues you aren’t aware of?
