Been away from wow for a few months, was able to log into forum fine the other day to read past forum posts and even switch characters.
Now today, purchased 60 days gametime, reinstalled game it is showing that I have no characters yet in game I have level 60 with Shadowlands.

Cleared cache
Tried many attempts of logging in and out of both the forums and in game.
Changing password.
Tried two different ISP internet connections all from same location.
Forum doesn’t register that I have characters in wow.
