Hey, Z3R0! If you are on Windows 7 and above, this error should not occur. This error usually means that the file that was downloaded was corrupted during the initial installation. If you download the installer again, it should work. You could try the links on this post as well.
If it continues, try a different browser and a new admin account to see if this helps with the issue.
