HELLO I ALSO NEED AN ACTUALY CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE TO REPLACE MY AUTHENTICATOR. I HAVE THE AUTHENTICATOR APP ON MY phone.
WHEN I GO TO LOG IN AND PUT IN MY PASSWORD IT TELLS ME THAT I NEED MY AUTHENTICATOR TO AUTHENTICATE MY AUTHENTICATOR.** ** THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. ** **A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO MY ACCOUNT WAS UNLOCKED MY SOMEONE AT BLIZZARD AND THEY MADE IT SO I DON’T HAVE TO USE MY AUTHENTICATOR FOR A FEW MONTHS TO LOG IN. I HAVE BEEN PLAYING THIS WAY SINCE MY ACCOUNT WAS FREE OF THE AUTHENTICATOR AND NOW IT IS SAYING MY PASSWORD IS INCORRECT AND I HAVE TO USE AN AUTHENTICATOR TO AUNTENTICATE MY AUTHENTICATOR. IT SOUNDS IDIOTIC AND THAT’S BECAUSE IT IS. PLEASE GIVE ME A REAL PERSON TO FIX MY PROBLEM OVER THE PHONE.

This honestly sounds like your account was compromised by malware, phishing, or something. Someone got your email/password and changed your information then added an Authenticator to it. Again, this happens by going to certain websites, downloading malware, phishing scams via game messages, email, etc.

This is why it is so important to have a working Authenticator on the account. Once you take off one that does not work, you need to replace it with a working version.

Your best bet is using a ticket under the compromise section. Be prepared to provide proof you are the account holder. If they email you a reply, and they will, DO NOT REPLY to the do-not-reply email. Open a new ticket, include the first ticket number, then answer the questions they ask.

Your email is likely compromised as well. If they are in your Bnet they are usually also in your email.
