Need help with my account and bnet beta app

For some reason on Bnet beta, I can’t see news section properly, as it is supposed to be, it just show vertical wide images pixelated, with no option to restore or change. So bad I can’t show you screens.

That is happening only on my main account, my secondary account works as intended.

I already reinstalled everything deleted all related folders on temp, programdata etc…

Also I reinstalled my OS with a brand new disk and the problem still persist. So it is likely something on my account.

How can I fix this??
