I need some advice on how to get in touch with a customer service representative who has some conscientiousness to fully address a serious issue that I have. So far, my tickets are getting responses that are either automated, or written by people who aren’t properly comprehending the situation.
Is there a phone number that I can call, or even a live chat feature that I can use? Maybe an e-mail address that will go directly to someone with time and inclination to actually examine my problem?
They have never had an email for CS. There is no phone number to call, nor is there a live chat anymore. Both are gone.
I do not recommend filing under the wrong category though. That just ends up with a different template that won’t help you. Only use payment issue if it actually is something Billing can help with.
What issue are you having? There are things that CS does not help with such as bug reports. This forum post for WoW does a good job covering what CS can and can’t help with.
If you share the issue, someone may be able to tell you what path is best to get assistance, if it is something they can help with.
