Today i got mail from Blizzard. Detailed below:

I tried to reset my password, also tried to verify code from my registered mail. The battle net web said that my account unlocked and can now access to battle net account.
But when i try to login to battle net, it said my account was banned, cannot login or send ticket to BZ support. Have image about it too but the forum doesn’t allow me to post images.
So i must borrow my friend 's account to post my issue here in finding help how to recover my account?

Account sharing is prohibited as it tends to lead to account compromises. Beyond that this forum is for community based troubleshooting of technical issues specific to the Battlenet Desktop Application itself. No one here can address an account issue especially when you are posting from a different account that is not yours.
You would need to submit a ticket for your account through the support site. Click on the name at the top right of this page and choose logout. Then click this link to open a ticket.
You will be prompted to verify information for your account and then submit the ticket to allow for account recovery. You may receive an email reply requesting additional information.
