Need gm Help really much

Hi i need assistance direcly from Game Master.
I am the guild master of a guild with a guild neighborhood.
We made a mistake when creating it and we urgently need manual help. e need either:

  1. to change the faction of the guild neghborhood, or
  2. to have the guild neighborhood reset/removed so we can recreate it.

This feature if not avaible to players, so only GM can help.
Please let me know if a reset or deletion is possible on your side
