I get errors when installing battle.net on my windows 10 pc.

Battle.net and Hearthstone updates were stuck at 0%. I tried pc restarts, uninstall - then I got stuck on reinstall, both with the eu and the us install exe.
I have a stuck update on my phone as well (Android 10)

Hey, nearethic! I moved you over a new thread since it sounded a bit different from the Failed Network error thread. Have you tried an alternative connection to see if the installation will go through on the PC or Android device?

What errors are you seeing with the Battle.net installation?

If the alternative connection works, let’s gather a WinMTR test. Run the test to the IP Address/Host Name eu.patch.battle.net until the problem occurs for 10 to 15 minutes. Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:
