Although I paid, my subscription was not renewed, days have passed and I can’t get into the game. I opened 2 tickets but no one could solve it.
I will be missing days from my paid subscription and I will be underutilized. I do not accept the error of your system and I want the days I missed after payment to be returned.
Please don’t tell me to change the password, I did it.
You may want to post on the WoW Customer Support category and see if they can help you – the Blizzard staff there aren’t Game Masters, but they will be able to look at your case and perhaps provide some possible options to you.
I don’t play WoW but, usually, account and payment issues cannot be resolved on the forums… you need to contact Blizzard Support with a ticket… and you’ve already done that.
for payment problems: if you updated your form of payment. you would have needed to start a new subscription. because the payment change stops your current subscription.
connecting to your game problems: try the scan and repair in the battle.net app. if you click on the gear Icon for your game next to the play button.
