So I think my account may be compromised somehow. Every time I think I am getting something done on my computer I get a notification about my password being reset each and every time on my email. I keep then changing it so I can keep whatever I think might be a hacker trying to get in is doing. Can someone help me please? I’m getting tired of changing it all the time just so this hacker can stop messing with me!

Im having the same issue just not every hour. Had one yesterday and one this morning. Have an authenticator and sms enabled. And nothing on those just 2 emails stating my password was changed in account management
That is VERY odd.
- Close everything and so a thorough scan with a good malware scanner like Malwarebytes (Free).
- Do a full scan with a good antivirus scanner.
- From a PC you know know to be free of malware, change your email address on the account to one you use ONLY for the game, and have secondary authentication set up on. Gmail offers that but there are others.
- From that clean computer change the Battlenet account over to that email and reset your password to something new.
- Set up the Free mobile Authenticator from Blizz. It does require a contract phone to set up now.
- If you are using a VPN, stick to the same one and don’t switch servers. That can trigger a security lock that requires a password change.
- Don’t ever give out your password or info or share accounts.
Something in that list should help I hope!
Well it stopped happening so it should be fine now! Thanks for the help~
