I just discovered that i cannot post any new support tickets because of some two weird 1yo tickets that don’t make any sense and are still processing and have hit max ticket cap. What the hell am i supposed to do? Make a ticket about not being able to post a ticket? What in the heck do i do.
Cancel the old tickets? Nope can’t do anything with them and they dont really say much so I am really confused to what they are.

There was an issue some time back when tickets would get stuck and not clear out. The issue was fixed a while ago, however, any stuck tickets need to be manually cleared out. I passed this thread onto CS so hopefully they can get those stuck tickets cleared out for you.
As for the Battlenet deletion ticket(s), there was a time when just looking at the account deletion info page would automatically start a ticket. However, if the user never went through with the deletion process, the ticket would just sit in limbo forever. So it’s likely that at some point, you just looked at the account deletion page. I had the exact same problem.
