My account was hacked and email was changed!

Hi team,
My account LavaThief#33708 has been hacked. The hacker got access to my email address and changed the password and also the email address of my Battlenet account.

I have secured the my email and contacted support (Ticket Number: US98012926) but noone replies back.

What an i supposed to do now?

How long does it take for the support team to get back to me?

On March 20, a Blizzard staff on Europe posted that the waiting time for a hacked account ticket was about a week.

You’d think people who get hacked have priority…

They do have priority. The CS team handles all Blizzard games and services, not just a specific game. So the queue can get very long at times. If you put this in under the Compromised account category you should be in the right line.

Here is a recent thread about the same thing on the WoW CS forum from two days ago. It might give you some other insights.

Make very sure your computer and all your other accounts that used that email are secure. They will keep trying to get into things!
