UPDATE 8/11 - For anyone with this issue, support responded to my ticket and reset my login. I was able to log back into my original account and set up an authenticator. All of my in game content is unaffected and i did not appear to lose anything.
I tried logging in this morning to find the message “We can’t find that Blizzard Account”. I’ve had an account for over 5 years now so I dont see how this has happened. I then checked my email and saw a notice that my account email had been changed which i did not request. I put in a ticket first thing this morning and have yet to hear back which is concerning. I also had to make a new account to submit a ticket which is very frustrating.
