My account (EU) was stolen, and Blizzard easily handed it to the attacker.
In the game, I saw a ticket about theft of an account.
This was done by an attacker. I did not see this in the list of tickets in my account, so he glorified it through the function of restoring the stolen account.
I immediately contacted support where they assured me that there was nothing to be afraid of. Let me clarify me immediately, I did not pass the account to anyone, I followed all the necessary security. I had an authenticator and a phone. But this video does not help at all, they will simply drop them.
The reason for the hacking, as I think, is that the old email contained personal data (passport photography) and the number and authenticator code (and old in this).
I restored access to the old e -mail. I deleted all the personal data from it so that the leaks did not happen anymore.
I think everything is in order, because I can provide new photos of documents as evidence. I write to maintain a loss, answer questions about loss, provide an identity card (passport) near the newspaper.
They return access, I think they will come after work to finish everything. I come home, and again there is no access, the attacker again changed the email.
I no longer understand what is happening. Now Blizzard takes a lot of time to answer. I’m already starting to think that they are not going to answer me anymore.
More than 10 years of active game were simply stolen. I can never make up for this. I am already in despair, because no one can or does not want to help me.
I hope that Blizzard employees will notice this here and help solve the situation.
I wrote this on the EU forum, but no one answers there.
I suffered and tactful with those support, but has passed for a month already!
