I came to play MW3 today through Battle.net and noticed the game was missing from my library. I was playing just last weekend so thought it was a little strange. I have had the game since last Oct, so not like this is a newly purchased game.
Anyone else got the same issue?

MW 3 is now under the Call of Duty icon.
If you cannot see the Call of Duty icon on your Favorite bar, click on Games, then Activision games and click the star in the upper left corner of Call of Duty.
