Confirming this worked for me. Poor user experience.

Note: There are both Call of Duty and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare as base game options.

What you’re looking for here is Call of Duty. NOT CoD:MW…very confusing given that this game is MW3. I think it has to do with the Infinity Ward vs Treyarch versions.

This is stupid. Drop instructions in the transaction page or something. Why have people dick around trying to figure out where the game they purchased is and have to resort to a support forum.

So I am having the same issue.
I am getting the option Upgrade Available on launch screen and I can see the option to install Campaign etc, but those options are greyed out.
I do not know what stupidity this is.
Bought a $100 game and cannot play it .

How long did the refund take to get back into your purchase account? I got an email saying up to 72 hours. Frankly I have had it with battle.net. After 24 hours, they have not even acknowledged my first support request…I don’t think that they care that they take one’s money and give nothing in return. Sad state of affairs

This is quite possibly the dumbest UI design I’ve seen in the Blizzard App. There is literally a Call of Duty tab called Modern Warfare. Why don’t you, I don’t know, use it? Small indie company, I know.

Fix your app. Should not have to go through this much trouble to download a purchase. Dont have to go through this to get your money

inaccurate - I bought MWIII and it does not show up anywhere in the library - my “Call of Duty” install shows ONLY my CoD base game and no options.
So I bought it, and it is not available to install.

yah I uninstalled - rebooted - reinstalled - still not there. The store page says “In Library” but it is not in my library - not installable in any way.

My drop down menu shows the game is installed, still nothing in yht library.

Either click the Call of Duty tile (under the Games tab), or add Call of Duty to your favorites.

I already have Call of Duty in my library and can’t list it as a favorite. I had the game and played the first episode and now it is gone. This site is a joke, how do I get a refund.

What’s stopping you from adding it to your favorites? You do it just like any other of the games. I tested it out just now and it I’m able to add it just fine:

1.uninstall MW
2.restart pc
3. log in battle net
4. reinstall MW, and the MWIII will appear in 2nd page of installation

Mine is also missing. I have already reinstalled the game once. It takes forever. It worked. Now its missing again. This is absolute BS!
