On Sep 22, 2022, I purchased COD Modern Warfare 2 (MW2). After an update to MW2 on 6/22/23, Battlenet is not recognizing that I purchased the game. The TRANSACTION HISTORY shows that I purchased MW2 in September. The GAMES & SUBSCRIPTIONS tab does not show MW2. Has anyone else run into this issue and what have they done to fix it? Customer support is not helping right now. Also, what times do their live customer support operate?
