So after updating today (having played mw2 last night) I got the error that there is no DXGI adapter and I should update my drivers and check that my graphics card (an rx 580 8gb) meets the minimum specs. There is no driver update, the software didn’t find one, and the amd site doesn’t have a newer one than 22.10.3, which is the version I have (which I had to update to run the game when I first got it). I would like to actually play the game I bought, instead of being screwed over by an update.
I’m having the exact same problem as of now and have gone through every step I could think of to fix it but nada. I had no problems playing the past couple weeks and especially this morning only to come home and receive this headache. Have you gotten any help or found a solution?
This problem has been going on long enough to make it to the web. Why is it not fixed yet, as I have played the game several times without this issue, it seems that it must have come from one of your never-ending updates.
I am having the same issue, All of my drivers are up to date and getting the same error. There seems to be no resolve and I can’t play the game. The website says to update your driver ![]()
Update, I scanned and repaired files on the battle Net launcher (setting button beside the Play game button) . that got me into the menu and it recommended clearing the cache and redownloading the files. seems to have worked well I’m in a game anyway.
hope this helps lads
I am also having the same issue, played since launch with minimal issues now I cant even get to the menu.

SCAN AND REPAIR ON BATTLNET
Not only are we told our card is not sufficient, (after playing fine for weeks) when I go to Nvidia to get the latest driver my virus software says it is infected with a Trojan and will not allow the driver to be downloaded. I’m going to play EA Battlefield until these idiots figure a fix out. Entropy is in command.
