After Installing MW2, getting a BLZBNTBNA00000015 error when pressing play. That’s with running as administrator on. When removing run as administrator, no more error when pressing play, but the game still doesn’t launch, the play button says playing now for 10 seconds and then says play again. No game window opening or game showing in task manager

Tried all this
-Run as administrator
-Run as administrator unticked
-Updated graphics drivers
-Updated Windows 11
-Disabled Firewall
-Reinstalled Directx
-Reinstalled Visual C++
I also have Warzone and Cold War and they work fine. Only MW2 doesn’t launch. All 3 games in Battlenet.

Same issue here. Ley me play for like 2 hours yesterday. When i came back it refuses to launch. Hit play on battlenet, says playing for like 2 seconds and then just shuts battlenet down.

same no matter what i do to trouble shoot its not working
hey i can start it but if i join a match or even a story mission it crashed directly ór my whole grafikcard crashes. i played the story before the release and all was fine now i cant do anything. games like ow or warzone on full settings is working easy. this is so embarrasing
What cpu do you guys have?
I can’t do anything I spent good money on this game and i cannot download or even see it in battlenet right now. Battlenet is garbage compared to years ago when it was innovative.

I have the same problem, the Batlenet, it asks me to update Warzon, Black Ops and MWII, and I give it update but it gets that error, Help.
I receive the error message BLZBNTBNA000012.
I have tried all solutions without success to start the game.
What can I do?
nothing works still the same issue, it says play after 10 seconds play bro fix that!!! I want to play mw come on, and no i dont have a bad cpu or bad gpu or whatelse, high end pc still the same sht

cold war and mw2 wont work for me, same problem with both stuck in a scan and repair loop
yea i just got the new mw2 and i cant even play the game because of the error or something i dont know what’s happening and i just wanna play the game if anyone knows how to fix it please let me know thank you!!!

No se abre el juego por nada del mundo, cuando le doy click a PLAY se queda sin hacer nada y después reaparece el boton PLAY. Gaste mucho dinero y no puedo jugar.

Dude i have the same problem i am stuck at the main menu screen and shaders optimization stuck on 6% i’ve almost tried everything and i cant refund because apparently i have “too much play time” even though i didn’t even play it all time spent trying to fix it
I am in the exact same boat. Got the vault edition and been waiting and i stil never get passed that screen where I click play. i Click play and it leads nowhere and the shaders optimization says 6% in top left corner thats it. i reinstalled, i did all the online fixs and nothing works. my vangaurd and mw1 work perfectly fine though. wth is going on when is it goign to be fixed?

Same issue here… updated everything i could think of. Heard the latest drivers (for nvidia at least) caused issues but idk if that’s a separate case from what we’re experiencing.
