MW "Cannot connect to online services"

I haven’t been able to connect to MW through Blizzard’s battle.net app since the last upgrade last week. I have tried to reboot the router, put my computer in the DMZ, I’ve reset the Windows firewall so the apps had to ask for permission to connect through again, I have uninstalled the battle.net app, MW uninstalled and reinstalled after another night of 156Gb download…NO DICE!!!

For Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Blizzard Technical Support are only able to offer support for install, patch, Blizzard account, and purchases made through the Blizzard store.

We cannot assist with connection to the Call of Duty servers, or crashing issues within the game as we do not have information on the game servers. For this issue, please check the connection and contact Activision Support or refer to the Modern Warfare forums .

I just started having the same issue today after updating the game. Have you fixed the issue? if so can you give me some advice please?

Just got me a new video card RTX 2080 Super.
When I try to load the game I am met with an error message.

“The recommended settings have been updated since the last time you ran Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Would you like the game to configure itself optimally with these new settings?”

Whether I hit YES or NO I am met with a second error page.

“Your GPU driver version does not meet the minimum requirements for running Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.”

After that it open a web page in my browser that tells me that the game ready driver is 440.97 with a link to go to the GeForce driver web page. But there the latest driver is 442.59. Which is also the one I have installed.

So I reinstalled everything.

  1. Uninstalled and Reinstalled the Blizzard launcher.
  2. Uninstalled and Reinstalled Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
  3. Uninstalled and Reinstalled GeForce Experience.
  4. Reinstalled my driver back to the latest version 442.59.

Is Blizzard wanting me to run old driver to play the game?
Also why is the phone number (800) 592-5499 not working?

Blizzard Technical Support can only offer support for installation, patching, Blizzard account, and purchases made through the Blizzard store. After the installation and patching, any concerns or support will need to be referred to Activision Support.
